The DH102 enables continuous measurements of the dissolved hydrogen rate with the pressure of the primary coolant. The hydrogen concentration is continuously maintained in the primary coolant of the reactors PWR. This hydrogen level prevents the formation of oxygen by radiolysis dissociation and consumes any oxygen introduced into the coolant.
HIGHER PERFORMANCES
Precision : 10 % relative +/- 1 cc, in the ranges of 1 to 50 cc/kg and 15 to 35 °C.
Maximal pressure : 165 bar.
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The analyser uses an easy and robust measurement principle which requires few maintenance :
- The filament resistance varies according to the hydrogen content and the sample temperature.
Nota : To be controlled, the analyser must , imperatively, be associated to the on-line sampling device « SPM ».
LOWER COSTS
Up until now, frequent sampling operations had to be performed by specially trained personal. This is no longer necessary when our dissolved hydrogen analyser is used. The samples received by the operators are thus reduced.
ERGONOMICS
The DH102 model requires no maintenance and provides an invaluable tool to operational control processes.
