The sensor digital conditioners are installed in the equipment under test in the CAEPE test centers (Center for testing propulsion units and missiles). Directly connected to the sensor (pressure, temperature, displacement, etc.), the CNC delivers the digitized physical measurement in real time. These data are consolidated via RS485 links in concentrators and then transmitted through high-rate optical fiber to the control unit in the memories of the data processor. The system allows synchronous acquisition of one thousand sensors at the same time with a 5ke/s sampling frequency. All the elements are entirely configurable, testable and scalable in digital mode.
