ELTA has been developing for more than 25 years secured transmission systems in VHF, UHF, L, S and X band frequency ranges for various applications in the aeronautics, military transport and space fields.

These products and systems are divided in 3 families:

• Communication terminals: ARGOS, METEOSAT, SARSAT, IRIDIUM (OEM), INMARSAT, including comprehensive solutions such as buoys, tide recorders (environment measurements), and localization transmitters. Secured modem links: Implementation of discrete, sturdy links, based on spread spectrum and frequency hopping technologies.
  
  
• ELTA ground stations and test equipment: Products and systems dedicated to communication with satellites, launchers or stratospheric balloons.
  
  
• ELTA onboard equipment: onboard equipment and systems for scientific (stratospheric balloons, deep space probes) and military (drones) applications.
