The Gospel Gondola enables the localization, the data acquisition of environmental measures, the piloting and the end of flight of a stratospheric balloon. An on-board multiplexer meets scientist Telemetry and Telecommand requirements by offering a user data-rate of 2Mbits/s.
The Gospel Gondoal consists of a platform named the Main Module. It contains the basic electronics and enables to connect the extensions or the neighboring systems. These extensions are named Secondary Modules.
An optional router enables the scientists to develop their experiment directly on an on-board PC with Ethernet connections. In that case the router replaces the Mux/Demux Secondray Module.
