The COSPAS-SARSAT system allows accurate location and identification of aircraft in distress over the complete surface of the globe. To meet the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and military peacetime needs, ELTA has developed a complete range of ELT 406 Mhz Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELTs) and accessories approved by COSPAS-SARSAT.

Our core business is based around the new-generation COSPAS-SARSAT approved ADT 406 family. This new ELT is superior to any other product currently available on the market thanks to its unique features, and is available in Automatic Fixed (AF), Automatic Portable (AP) and Survival (S) version.
